When submitting to TyMetrix 360°, I get an incorrect Client ID rejection message. How can I resolve this?
Resolve this issue by updating your Client ID (Billing Name) in TyMetrix 360°.
- Login to TyMetrix 360°
- Select the Network (i.e. Corporate Client)
- Select the Menu under the firm’s profile
- Select Network Profile link
- Click Edit Billing Name
- Enter the Billing Name
- Click OK
